She is survived by: her husband Carl Vandre; her children, Loretta, Phillip, Jerome, Ellen (John) and Jerry Vandre (Casket Bearers); her grandson Jay Vandre; her great grandchild Codi Young; her son-in-law John Weber; and her grandsons, John Grimberg and Tom Godshall.

In lieu of flowers, Dorothy requested that donations please be made to Lutheran High School, 11249 Newlin Gulch Blvd, Parker, Colorado 80135.
