She was predeceased by: her brother Calvin Brinley; and her parents, Neola Aldy and Dean Brinley. She is survived by: her husband David Wood; her daughter Annika Barton (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Genevieve and Everett; her sisters, Mary Aldy and Peggy Gehringer (Jerold); her nieces and nephews, Kari, Kendra and Kayla; her aunt Pat Wiley; her cousin JohnMark; her nephew Bennett Brinley; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Blair and Jade.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary & Cemetery (6601 S Colorado Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121). A reception will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
