He is survived by: his wife Sherry Higgins-Lowe; his sons, Shawn of Scotch Grove, Chris (Marge) of Cedar Rapids and Jesse Lowe (Michelle) of Centennial, Colorado.; his grandchildren, Taylor, Adam, Michael, Tabitha, Nathan, Trenten and Caidence; and his great grandchildren, Joanna, Jaxon, Harper, Eli, Lily, Brooks and Evalyn.
