He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ulibarri and Consuelo Ulibarri. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, David, Tim and Andrew; and his stepchildren, Kelly Quiett and Chad Ashley.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Encounter Church (6825 S Galena St, Centennial, CO 80112). A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Ft. Logan National Cemetery (4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236). A reception will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the VFW Post 9644 (2680 W Hampden Ave, Sheridan, CO 80110).
