As we bid Alice Kay farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Alice Kay is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Loretta Burke and George Burke; and her sister Janet Arnold. She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Sweeten (Richard Sweeten) and Jennifer Mclaughlin (James Escobedo); her grandchildren, Ashley Leavell, Sara Sweeten (Spencer Reisbord), Jenna Sweeten and Ava Sweeten; and her siblings, Donald Burke and Kathleen Hale.
