He was predeceased by: his parents, Benson Palmer and Beatrice Palmer of Cedaredge; and his daughter Shawna Palmer of Cedaredge, Colorado.. He is survived by: his wife Sharon L Palmer of Cedaredge, Colorado; his daughters, Sandy Toolson of Grand Junction, Colorado, Leslie Johnson of Fruita, Colorado and Sonya Palmer of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and his brothers, Richard Palmer of Cedaredge and Chuck Palmer of Montana. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
