She was predeceased by: her husband John Ivan Burk Jr. Ruth (Ivan); her children, Joseph, Michael, Peggy and Susan; and her granddaughter Amanda.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip (Betty), Gerald (Beverly), Darrel (Violeta), Dennis (Janna), Annette (Michael) and Amy (Paul). She is also survived by twenty grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
