She was predeceased by: her parents, Carnice Cain and Maryan Cain (Taylor); her husband David Head Sr.; and her daughter Sandra Wilson. She is survived by: her former spouse Merle L. Morley; her children, Cherie Spangler (Greg) and David Head Jr. (Jennifer); and her siblings, Don Cain (Sonya) and Sharon Richmond (Mike). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
