She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Carlyn and Virginia Carlyn (McDonald); and her friend Bill Yearsley. She is survived by: her husband Carl Puglia of Cedaredge, Colorado; her daughters, Christen Puglia of Austin and Leigh; and her sisters, Marcia Carlyn of Vancouver, British Columbia, Patricia Carlyn of Cincinnati and Debbie Hood. She is also survived by grandsons.
