Karen C. Martindale Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2021, at the age of 81, Karen C. Martindale of Cedaredge, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Prowant and Hilda P. Prowant (Carlson); her former husband Rex D. Thompson; and her brother Kenneth Carl Prowant. She is survived by: her former husband Gary L. Gerringer; her husband Donald Martindale of Cedaredge; her children, Gary L. Gerringer, Jr. (Rose) of Merriam, Kansas, Gretchen L. Spain (Terry) of Derby, Gwen L. McVey (Kip) of Longview, Shawna Smith (Jeff) of Oklahoma City and Sasha Thompson of Winfield, Kansas; and her sister Kay Guinty (Gary) of Topeka, Kansas. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
