He is survived by: his children, Tammy Michael of Eckert and Pierce Spinelli of Cedaredge; his siblings, Linda Wilcox of Delta and Richard Spinelli of Long Beach; his parents, Thomas Spinelli and Minnie Spinelli; his siblings, Shirley Spinelli, Nancy Clairda, Leslie Stanbery and Nathan Stanbery; his nephew Jason; and also Marine.
