He is survived by: his spouses, Arla Whitmarsh and Alra Shelton of Cedaredge, CO; his children, Douglas Neubauer (Lilly) of Lakewood, WA, Jeffrey Shelton (Cathy) of Edmonds, WA, Donald Shelton (Shayne) of Grand Junction, CO, Chris Bingham of Cedaredge, CO and Janet Tuttle (Bill) of Grand Junction, CO; his sister Bettie Brady of American Fork, UT; and his brother-in-law Donald Whitmarsh (Vicki) of Libby, MT. He is also survived by nine Grandchildren and 13 Great-Grandchildren.
