He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wayne and Mary K. Butcher (Wenderoth). He is survived by: his sons, John Ryan Butcher (Loran), Daniel Butcher and Jacob Butcher (Amanda); and his sisters, Brenda Dowell, Jeri Sandlian, Jody DuFour and Jean Wardlow. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
