Gerald Grosshans Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2022, at the age of 88, Gerald Grosshans (Cedaredge, Colorado) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Walter Grosshans and Mildred Alene Grosshans (Gordon); his former spouse Jan Grimes; his siblings, Jim, Dale, Don, Marvin, Earl, Bennie and Marjorie; and his stepdaughter Patti Kercher.
He is survived by: his former wife Leilani Adams; his wife Mary Avara; his sisters, Carol Hempker (Bob) and Ruth Kohl; his children, Jerry Grosshans (Ruth), Kathy Grosshans and Deanna Epperson; and his stepchildren, Steve Grimes (Sammie), Kevin Grimes (Cissy), Amy Padgett (Dave), Bob Avara and Mike Avara. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Surface Creek Historical Society or Cancer Society.
