He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Ilene (Baker) and Ira Raymond Plotter; and his brothers, Phillip and Joe. He is survived by: his wife Lillian of Cedaredge; his children, Dean Jr. (Tina), Perry of Cedaredge, Ira, Laurie Gulick (James) of Cedaredge and Debbie Fernando (Juan); and his siblings, Tommy of Grand Junction, Dwayne of Cedaredge, Sharron Finch of Eckert, Yvonne Dyer and Tammy Trujillo of Montrose. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
