We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2022, at the age of 86, Donfred Clayton of Cedaredge, Colorado, born in Canon City, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred R. Clayton and N. Marie Clayton (Bunten); his daughter Regina "Reggie" Reed; and his half-siblings, Lois Oostema, Dorothy Parrish, Dixie Pizel and Merle Biddix.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley R. Smith; his half-siblings, Howard Clayton of Delta, UT and Lauretta Biddix; his son-in-law Larry Reed (Eva) of Colorado Springs; and his grandchildren, Scott Reed of Henderson, NV, Amanda Littell (Gary) of Carbondale, Aaron Hood (Tessa) of Mills River, NC, Jessica Findley (Matthew) of Delta and Lauren Abril (Jim) of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
