He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Kristy McDonough (Tom) of West Hills, CA and Kelly Faulkner (Tony Greaves) of London, UK; his grandson Kevin Faulkner (Laura) of Manhattan Beach; his stepdaughters, Kylee Kelley Anna (Greg) and Nicole King (David); his sister Deborah Warn (David) of Beverly Hills, MI; his nieces, Dana and Elin; his grandchildren, Cassidy, Mason and Amber; his stepgrandchildren, James, Taylor, Channing, Adriana and Brandon; and his pet Tig.
