She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Sandel and Howard Grace; and her husband Joseph Puckett. She is survived by: her children, Sam Puckett (Ladonna) of Montrose, Michele Praytor (Wayne) of Stinnett, Todd Puckett (Delsey) of Delta and Mary Mazza (Joe) of Montrose. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.
