She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dale Horner and Donna Horner; her former husband David Vern Fuller; her husband Robert Lee Weil; her daughters, Tiffany Blasingim and Taryn Quintana; her sons-in-law, Rick and Tim; her grandchildren, Sophie, Levi, Isabella Blasingim and David; and her children-in-law, Sarah, Emily and Nathan Quintana. She was also cherished by her siblings and many dear friends.
