He is survived by: his wife Sue Surdam; his sons, Brandon Surdam and Logan Surdam (Allie); his mother Margaret Rosemary Surdam; his siblings, Cheryl King (Dave), Diane Forsman (Pete), Jodi Thompson and Steve Surdam (Tina); and his parents-in-law, Christine Benson (Lynn), Melisa Johnson (George) and Barry Osborn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
