Theresa Marie Laugesen Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Marie Laugesen of Castle Rock, Colorado, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on November 1, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Bellefeuille and Margaret S. Olson Bellefeuille; and her siblings, Robert E. Bellefeuille, Phillip C. Bellefeuille and Alita M. Bellefeuille Nelson (Thomas).

She is survived by: her brother James C. Bellefeuille; her husband Thomas K. Laugesen; her son Kirk T. Laugesen; her daughter-in-law Megan S. Demchak Laugesen; and her grandchildren, Kaitlynn A. Laugesen and Kinsey M. Laugesen.

A vigil service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033). A rosary was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Denver Hospice (https://thedenverhospice.org) an organization that provided a great amount of care for Theresa in her final days or The Archdiocese of Denver.
