He is survived by: his former wife Darlene Viken; his sister Aileen Thares; and his children, Lynn Anderson (Betty) of Kansas City, Nick Anderson of Grandview and Nancy Peterson (Joseph) of Castle Rock. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
