He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Doubek and Ellen Doubek; and his sister Nora (Don Shorock). He is survived by: his sister Carol Lewis (Larry) of Castle Pines; his nephews, Jim Butler (Amy) of Wichita, Tom Shorock (Kelly Peterson) of Lawrence and Kent Holder (Kelsey Olivares) of Carlton; his great-niece Raquel; and his nephew Robert Butler.
