Richard Hartman Obituary

Richard "Dick" Hartman, age 89, passed away at home, February 18, 2022. He was surrounded by his wife, his two children, Kelly and Nicole, and his beloved grandson, Ryker.

He was born to Alfred and Adella Hartman in Waverly, Iowa in 1932. He met his wife, Helen, September 1965, and married her six weeks later. They recently celebrated 56 years of marriage.

He served in the US Navy during the Korean War. His first and forever love was golf when he started as a caddie at the age of 12, in Waterloo, Iowa. It became his profession and he was a Life Member of the Professional Golf Association.

He will be remembered for his good nature, fabulous smile, sense of humor, his many dear friends and his love of golf. He was deeply loved and will be forever remembered.

Funeral services will be at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 2626 E. 7th Avenue Pkwy, Denver, Colorado on February 28, at 1:00pm.
