He was predeceased by: his father Terence B. Bowers. He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Price Kutulas; and his children, Michael Bowers (Bethany), Ashley Williams (Jake), Blair Snyder (Justin) and Chris Gaskill (Angela). He is also survived by grandchildren, and numerous wonderful nieces and nephews.
