He was predeceased by: his parents, Raleigh Mullinax and Beatrice Mullinax; and his sister Evelyn Mullinax Smith. He is survived by: his wife Mary Evelyn Sathoff Mullinax; his grandchildren, Michael Mullinax (Stephanie Voris Mullinax), Derrick Sousley (Angela Mullinax Sousley) and Allison Mullinax; and his great grandchildren, Emma Mullinax, Megan Mullinax, Josiah Sousley and Henry Lawrence Sousley.
