He was predeceased by: his father Gary Wayne Smith. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Lee Smith; his wife Melissa Schumann Smith; his son Carson; and his sisters, Missy Smith Bunner (Joe) and Nicole Smith Roberts (Raymond). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
