He is survived by: his wife Linda Temple-Carrico of Castle Rock, CO; his children, Mark Carrico (Julie) of Fort Wayne, IN, Sherry McGann of Grand Lake, CO and Wayne Temple (Kennen) of Elizabeth, CO; his grandchildren, Collin Holdread, Haidyn, Emery, Luca Carrico of Conner McGann, A. J, Bacon and Cole Temple; and his siblings, Barbara Blair of Mishawaka, IN, Sharon Loeffler of Phoenix, AZ, John E. Jr. of Granger, IN, Fred (Mary) of South Bend, IN, Daniel (Debra) of Osceola, IN and David Carrico of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
