She is survived by: her children, Ellie, Darien, Brynn and Isaac; her parents, Lewis Dale and Mary Ann Neuffer; her siblings, Mary Elizabeth, Anthony Celaya, Marcus Neuffer, Danielle Neuffer, Joshua Neuffer, Laura Neuffer, Seth Neuffer, Crystal Neuffer, Jonathan Neuffer, Elizabeth Neuffer, Christopher Neuffer, Jacquelyn Stokes and Mitchell Stokes; and also, Ron Beier, Cheryl Beier, Jennifer Simpson, Loren Simpson, Nathan Beier, Jeannie Beier, Myron Gerald Neuffer, Frances Mary Selman and Andora Kinsey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to "The Fund Me for Jana's Children", to ensure life development opportunities for the Jana's children.
