He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Overley and Nadine Overley. He is survived by: his grandson Christopher; his daughter Kelli LeVan (Bryan); his grandson Logan; his son Christopher Overley (Kaylee); his granddaughter Amelia; his siblings, Larry (Michele), Randy, Kevin (Jenny) and Kim (Brent); and his nieces and nephews, Erin (Mike), Lindsay, Amy, Emily, Jared, Ethan, William and Nicholas.
