He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Everett A. Hughes; his children, Mike, Paul, Julia Mann, Felicia Nickell, James and Angela Mikels; his wife Rose E Seals; his daughter Rosana Foulk; and his sister Dolores Bittick. He was also cherished by his 13 Grandchildren and 19 Great-Grandchildren, nieces, cousins, and friends.
