He was predeceased by: his father John Mark (Bill) of Ankeny, Iowa.. He is survived by: his mother Leota Mark of Ankeny, Iowa; his wife Patti; his son Ryan; his daughter-in-law Megan; his granddaughters, Aubrey and Olivia; his sister Deanne Simonsen of Altoona, Iowa; and his nieces, Stacy and Amy Simonsen of Iowa. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
