He was predeceased by: his father Howard Overturf. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Kay; his daughters, Michelle Overturf of Lakewood, CO and Elizabeth (Ryan Smith); his grandchildren, Ryder and Georgina Smith; his daughter Kathryn (Dan Lawhorne); his granddaughter Vada Lawhorne; and his mother Anna Overturf. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Memorials in honor of Turf may be made to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation (npcf.us).
