It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Balcom of Castle Rock, Colorado, born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ronald Roley and Georgie Roley; her husband Mark Balcom; her children, Larry Balcom and Mary Barnes; her brothers, Edward Roley and Robert Roley; her siblings-in-law, Zorabelle, Kristine, Clarice Roley, Elizabeth Roley, Annette Wanker, Betty Howard and Edwin Balcom; her son-in-law Kerry Barnes; her grandchildren, Alexander Davis, Kimberly Davis and Samantha Barnes; and also, Richard Wanker and Richard Howard. She was also cherished by daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren.
