He is survived by: his children, Siri, Kajsa and Brogan; his former wife Signe DeJong; his mother Judith Bates; and his brothers, Scott (Linda), James (Rebecca), Kevin (Fontella) and Cliff. He is also survived by 11 nephews and nieces, 23 great nieces and nephews, and 1 great-great niece.
