He is survived by: his spouse Lee Ann Kozicki; his children, Kimberly (Jay), Tony Jr. (Debbie) and Laurie (Stephen); his grandchildren, Audrianna (Brandon), Alyssa (Conor), Emma, Lily, Ava, Jack and James; and his great grandchildren, Ella and Brenna. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
