She is survived by: her children, Lorenzo Maez (Susanna) of La Jara, Rachel Maez of Alamosa, Anthony Maez of Brighton, Joe Maez (Becky) of Alamosa, Robert Maez of Manassa, Laura Sandoval of Alamosa, Frank Maez of Espanola, Cecilia Medina (Phillip) of Capulin and Aguinaldo Maez of Pueblo; her siblings, Bernal Casias (Martha), Angie Salazar and Lorraine Scallion (Alfred); her husband Lorenzo Maez; her son-in-law Clifford Sandoval; her grandsons, Joshua Maez and Kevin Garcia; and her siblings, Rupert Casias (Estephanita), Nemecino Casias (Olivama), Maria Inez Allarid and Lela Madrid. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
