He is survived by: his uncle Junior; his wife Rose Ortega; his stepchildren, Mary Ellen Torres and Gilbert Torres (Mari); his granddaughter Lilliana Torres; and his siblings, Jelena Anderson (late William), Arthur Ortega (late Oralia), Cecelia Roberts (late Martin), Victor Ortega (Darlene), Helen Oakes (Johnny), Lawrence Ortega, Jerry Ortega (Isabell) and Edwin Ortega. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, God children and dear friends.
