He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Smith and Eva Smith (Breakfield); his brothers, Noel Smith and Roger Smith; and his grandchild Corben Castle.
He is survived by: his wife Ava Jo Smith (Crawford); his children, Glinda Mackenzie, Linda Tunks (Russell), Jason Smith (Renae) and Jaime Castle (Mark); his grandchildren, Meagan Jasso (Alex), Samson, Livia Smith, Averie Chalepah and Parker Castle; his great grandchildren, Jaden and Alexiz (Jasso); and his siblings, Mary Shaw (Jerry) and Wayne Smith (Lori). He is also survived by sister and brother in laws and many great friends.
