He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Garrett and Wanda Garrett (Ketchum); his brother Daniel Garrett; his siblings-in-law, Jim Clark and Linda Garrett; and his mother-in-law Patsy James.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Shonna Rheaume (Frank) and Ben Garrett (Katie); his stepchildren, Leslie Grenfell, Patricia Aiken and Steve Grenfell (Jacquelyn); his siblings, Ginger Clark, Becky McKinney (Jay) and Jack Garrett; and his sister-in-law Eva Garrett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
