He is survived by: his children, Dan Forsythe (Rod Houston) of Chicago, Illinois, Shawn Forsythe (Lisa) of Cañon City, Colorado and Christine Solis (John) of Florence, Colorado; his granddaughter Amber Cheek (Cole) of Florence, Colorado; and his children, Zachary Solis (Hadlie) of Lakewood, Colorado, Amy Mullins (Jason) of Florence, Colorado, Tyler Kuretich of Florence, Colorado and Preston Kuretich of Cañon City, Colorado. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
