She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix V. Montoya and Mary Montoya; her former husband Cornelius Chavez; her siblings, Rose, Susie, Gerri, Lao and Lawrence; and her grandson Dalton Cobler.
She is survived by: her husband Cornelius "Corny"; her children, Dale (Marcia) of Colorado Springs, Wayne (Jennifer) of Bakersfield, Aaron (Lori) of Colorado Springs, Gary (Catherine) of Colorado Springs and Jessica (Dave Cobler) of Coal Creek, Colorado; her grandchildren, Kari (Cary Smith), Kevin, Kelly, Chris (Emily), Brandon Cobler and Felix; and her great grandchildren, Nicole, Mateo, Miles, Lennon, Ryan Fleming and Rodney.
