It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sharon Kerns of Canon City, Colorado, born in Little Falls, New York, who passed away at the age of 74, on March 7, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lewis Chambers and Eva Mae Chambers (Hall); her husband Ron Kerns; and her granddaughter Kelli Preble. She is survived by: her son Wesley; her daughter-in-law Jeri; her grandchildren, Samantha of Oklahoma City, Tyler Phillips of Oklahoma City, Sean of Oklahoma City, Logan Preble of Oklahoma City, Kylie, Joshua Preble and Reagan of Sherman, Texas.; her siblings, Caryl Chacey-Guba (Tom Guba) of Lawrence, KS, Roger Chambers (Joyce) of Utica, NY and Edward Chambers (Salvacion) of Lafayette, IN.; her nieces and nephews, Karen Chacey Gipson of Kansas, Kalynda Chambers of Indiana, Larry, Victor Chambers of New York and Michael Chacey of Kansas; and her friends, Stacy Swaggart, Rebecca Cooling, Celeste Wilson and Sharon.
The family wishes to thank Sharon's friends Stacy Swaggart, Rebecca Cooling, and Celeste Wilson for their love and support of Sharon in the physical absence of family due to the pandemic, as well as the doctors and staff of Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, CO for their skill and care during her illness.
