He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph L Cook and Edna Belle Cook (Davis); and his siblings, Leann and Grady. He is survived by: his wife Diana Howe; and his sister Jody Schone (Bill). He is also survived by 5 nieces, 4 nephews and numerous cousins.
