He is survived by: his wife Judy; his grandchildren, April, Rick, Lance and Spencer (Paige); his great grandchild Bobbi; his grandchildren, Michael, Chad, Stacey and Shawndra; his siblings, Kenny, Sandy, Ronnie, Diane, Linda, Ralph and Bob; and his friend Tim Sagle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and extended family members and friends.
