She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett W. McCarty and Alice F Westwood McCarty; her former husband Elbert James Bellamy; her son Daniel Curtis Bellamy; and her siblings, Kenny McCarty, David McCarty, Karron McCarty Simmons and Sharron McCarty Trundle.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry M Johnson of Canon City. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
