She is survived by: her father Thomas Evans; her husband Terry Clark; her children, Travis (Nicole), Thomas, Robyn and Rachel (Daniel); her mother-in-law Maxine Clark; her siblings, Dave (Joy), Mark (Kathy) and Melodye Nelson; and her grandchildren, Dominic, Trey, Byron, Maggie, Morgan, Noah, McKenna, Olivia (Aaron) and Matthew.
