He was predeceased by: his parents, John McNicholas and Jean McNicholas; and his brother Terrance McNicholas. He is survived by: his brother Mike; his daughters, Kaydee Cerise (Ron) of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Michelle Blochowiak (Phillip) of Ponca City, Oklahoma and Amiee McNicholas of Ponca City, Oklahoma; his siblings, Pat McNicholas, Sean McNicholas (Deneb) and Colleen Marcella (Scott); and his grandchildren, Kaylee of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Alexia of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Hunter Cerise of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Kiersten of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Mason of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Felicity of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Grayson Blochowiak of Ponca City, Oklahoma and Trever McNicholas of Ponca City, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
