He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Garrett and Eileen Garrett; and his siblings, Kenny, Stanley, Marie, Sharon, Marjorie and Loretta.
He is survived by: his sister Maxine (Carl Bittner); and his friend Abe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warriors or Sangre de Cristo Hospice.
