He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Carter and Deloris Carter; his wife Reba Carter; his brothers, Lonnie Carter (late Linda) and Rick Carter (Connie); his children, Amber Boggess (Jesse), Kelby Carter (Brianna), Anabelle Ketcher and Kyle Carter; his stepdaughter Maranda Jensen (Barrett); and his grandchildren, Harley Carter, Jacinth Boggess, Andrew Boggess, Kameron Kelley, Amelia Boggess, Charley Ketcher, Chloe Ketcher, Jedidiah Boggess, Logan Carter, Arlo Carter, Chase and Piper.
